How to Delete Your Account
We offer two levels of account deletion: Account Archival and Permanent Deletion. Please follow the steps below based on your preference:
1. Account Archival (Quick Deletion)
When you archive your account, your sign-in credentials with social platforms (Google, Facebook, X) are permanently deleted. However, your email, name, profile picture, and digital logs are retained.
Steps to Archive Your Account:
Open the Toptop app and navigate to the Settings screen.Scroll to the bottom and tap on the "Danger Zone" button.A button will appear with the option to "Delete Account".Tap on the button "Delete Account".A modal will appear with options "Cancel" and "Delete".Tap on "Delete" to confirm account archival.2. Permanent Account Deletion
For complete removal of all your data, including your email, name, profile picture, and digital logs, follow these steps:
1. Send an email to toptopiceland@gmail.com with the following details:
